Info
Louis Little is a photographer based in Bristol, UK. He is interested in the interconnection of family, place and memory. Working close to home, he documents the rituals of daily life, exploring connections with place across generations. His images are rooted in the personal, but speak to something shared, reflecting on how identity is shaped through everyday experience.
His photographic process is intuitive, often shaped by the rhythm of domestic life and the natural world around it. Images shift between a keen attentiveness—the way light pools under a tree canopy, a hand gesture—and the energy of play: a magic trick performed at the kitchen table, a trampoline’s brief suspension of gravity. At the heart of his work is a desire to stay curious—and to invite viewers to do the same.
Louis studied a BA in photography at the University of Plymouth and is currently completing an MA in photography at the University of the West of England (UWE).
